A self-defense class for women will be presented at The Meadows by the National Security Alliance and US Security Solutions, Inc. The class is free of charge to female Meadows residents age 15 and above. Due to the nature of the program it is asked that children under 15 and males of any age not attend this class. Dress comfortably (as you normally would).
